A fully decked out character could walk into some of these and sneeze for an achievement. And if that is the case, Im assuming we wont have access to rob banks until we have access to the full compliment? Do we know this information? Im just trying to figure it out because it sure seems like alot of this stuff is time consuming as hell compared to the payout, even if you "win". Sure is fun, buuuuut.
