Kent_Paul_Jnr Posted October 2, 2013 Share Posted October 2, 2013 GTA V current Gen - GTA O Next Gen I saw a post earlier replying to the lack of content in GTAO as a result of hardware limitations, dispite loads of posts prior to onlines launch saying / hoping / dreaming "everything would open up in online" no animals, far fewer npcs and peds suggests otherwise. Before getting side tracked I was thinking SH*T great idea, GTA V on this gen with GTA O offered as a public beta .... Then Release GTA O as a next gen launch title would have been epic - something for early adopters to look foward to and also allow current gen to play as well. They would have been able to release GTA O without restraints of memory - player caps etc... I was hoping GTA O would be amazing online - but seeing the roads empty .. loses the sense of immersion for me and knowing animals are out etc, is a deal braker - no IM NOT a RDR lover Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We know jack about what GTA O will be like yet. I think alot you can see already - ie in npc player and car count - real player numbers capped at 16... the gameplay and skin stuff can improve - but the engine - it can't cope. Modern PC developers have the ability to completely revamp games and put them up for digital download at any time. Disc-based gaming is holding us back. ManOfDisguise Posted October 2, 2013 Share Posted October 2, 2013 tbh im not interested in online. first of all i hate that it doesnt work and so far from what i have heard and seen from people who did play it the cons outweigh the pros. imo this game trully shines in SP whetehr its the story or free roam. i ofc will try gta o once it works for me but i doubt ill fell like lveling up everything again and having to deal with d*cks who will keep killing u.
