Bounty Trolls

Assuming you don't get immediately killed, if you haven't got a friend in session to kill you then I'd suggest grabbing the nearest car and driving straight for the player who placed the bounty. You'll die at some point, but probably drag all those hunting the bounty towards them and they'll likely kill him/her in the confusion or just for sh*ts and giggles anyway.

Here's an idea, collect your own $9000 bounty.

 

I did, don't know why it did it, I think it was a glitch.

 

But when I was in my apartment watching the GTA5 TV (some real weird programs) I don't know if the player left or what, but after an 45 minutes, I got a message popup saying that I'm holding over $5000 go to ATM.

 

I didn't know where this came from, assume that it's came from the bounty that some player put on me, because I didn't have any enough cash to do much, I spent it on weapons.

 

 

 

I was in a free roam and there are a couple rich trolls putting huge bounties on others who are minding their own business just to get them killed constantly. It happened to me too. I'm trying to do things on my own and out of nowhere there's a $9000 bounty on me and everyone's coming after me. Wtfff.

If you survive 1 ingame day (48minutes) then you collect the bounty.

I do this sometimes...kinda...I don't randomly bounty people...example: I just spawned into a session. I'm sitting in my car on side of road doing some housekeeping on the phone. See this level 7 guy come up to me...I just sit there while he struggles to kill me....that was it...I put 9k bounties on him for the next hour.

 

Trolling/Griefing? Maybe...don't kill me for no reason if you don't like the repercussions.

if someone keeps putting 9000$ bounties on you, just team up with someone. Your mate can keep killing you and just split the money. Or your mate can give you all the money. You get the money, he gets the RP!!! Both winners. Lets see them keep doing it when it starts costing them 9000$ every 30 seconds!!

you are way off on this one. bounty trolls are the guys that place bounties on their friends and then go hide in an under the map glitch. they kill everyone that is stupid enough to keep running straight to them.

Sometimes I don't feel like going to work so I just kick it in my apartment and watch some Weazel News. Maybe I'll call Lester and put a $9000 bounty on one of the 3 dudes showing off each others cars outside the LSC. Or send a mugger after that level 8 that maybe only had $5000. Or heck, lests send mercs after the guy who just picked up the car for Simeon. It all makes for some fine episodes of COPS on Weazel News.

 

Last night i kept putting $9000 bountys on these same 2 guys who kept killing each other until like 10 bounties they started picking each other up in a car to kill and collect the bounty. they'd be driving, bounty pops up, pull over , get out, kill, drive to spawn, repeat. I musta given them each $100,000 by the time i stopped then they message me "more please"

I have done this MANY times. Not particularly trying to grief, but to add fun to the game...maybe at your expense. I also know a lot of people also need money. So if i see a group of two or more playing together, ill place a 10grand bounty so they can kill each other and split the money...AND THEY DO IT! Ive gotten messages saying thank you. Some people get pissed and come after me, thats when the real fun starts for me. So either way, its not to grief, but to help others and have fun.

 

BTW, i dont bounty people infront of my TV. Im out and about, so if whomever didnt like it, they can come get me.

Get on passive mode, hope they put a bounty on you then get on the strip club or some vehicle unreachable place. Passive + Bounty and they can't put another one until you die, which you can't if they put a bounty while you were in passive mode.

Bit of an asshole thing to do, but you can switch sessions, and give the bounty to a helpful friend with a gun (thats what I do).

I will spam you with bounties when I'm in my PV chrome tank with turbo and boosted armor. I will blow you up and spawn kill you until you ragequit. I will taste your tears.
