No difference in the Mt Chiliad Mural in GTAO or GTA V

Below is a picture I took last night in GTAO of the Mt Chiliad Mural. Below that is one I took in GTA V a few days prior. There's no difference. Just putting this out there for those who can't get online or believed that it would be explained in GTAO.

Interestingly, the chemtrails also appear in the same location from the viewing platform at night. It didn't rain at 3am so I couldn't check for a UFO.
