Hairstyles are buggy, be warned, they glitch out when you change masks or clothes randomly.

Character creation/customisation is absolutely sh*t in GTA:O. We should have had the option to actually fully customise our online character - they definitely should have taken the customisation from Saints Row 1.

Yes, although I thought that there were 72 different hair choices in the barber and that once you picked one you'd then change the color, R* mislead us on that trailer though. It's a few hair choices with all different colors of the same choice, if that makes sense. Also you can't change the color of facial hair, I can't believe R* left that out.. they look terrible with their default colors.
