couple of questions about online

Ive had not problems playing, guess im just lucky.

 

But got some questions

 

What dose it mean by car is to hot to modify at the customs shop when in nice cars?

 

Any one found a buzzard? the big army chopper for lifting? Or the big army airplane?

The army base has big gates you cant drive through now but you can still jump a car over the fence, the army seem dumb now no where near as many of them in there and poss no tanks either?

Iv robbed a jet a few times but want a buzzard.

The car thing just means the car you're trying to modify is too expensive/luxurious to modify when it's a stolen car. If you buy it on "the internet" in the game, you can modify it.

 

As for everything else, I've seen a tank driving around the air force base and there were barracks trucks and fighter jets, but nothing else that I saw so far.
