Yeah so you can wear it but still not be able to turn police off.

 

From what I've seen, doesn't look it but none of us are very far yet sadly.

Heard an opp got killed, watch me do my dance.

Got a pocket full of bills, watch me do my dance.

I just popped a pill, watch me do my dance.

Hit that nigga with the steel watch that nigga dance.

Apparently not, but I think I understand why. Imagine robbing a store or doing a heist. These activities would provoke cops. What would happen if cops were off? Would you simply be able to walk out the door, penis in hand, and not face resistance? I think they made cops mandatory so you had resistance and couldn't just private match farm to 100 and 50M via heists that you cant lose.
