no new mission - can't find it.

succesfully finished up the first five and can't find the new mission.

and couldnot get meaningful support neither from the dealer, nor from the referred tech support. what should I do?

I think he means GTA: Online because of the dealer reference.

 

If I'm right, OP, Rockstar are making updates and fixes as we speak. Rockstar Social Club hasn't been working on the character selection/creation menu and missions have been bugged; checkpoints haven't been coming up and missions haven't been available when they should be. Keep yourself updated by searching through Google and the Rockstar support site, maybe even Twitter.
