Sup guys i spent to bloody long searching for solutions to get GTA online to work... and I finally found one that works for me - here's the link incase its the right solution for any of u guys

So i finally got on only played for like 20 mins, must have been killed by different players in that space of time, even when i was on passive mode it don't stop death by gettin run over

 

So i went out to smoke a spliff n buy sum munch in preparation for a long sesh on gta.

 

XBOX turns on GTA disc inside ofc since i bought it and my xbox sed the disc was unreadable. took out the disc in good condition, tried another game n it wudnt read that either.

 

So i unplugged everything n it works now thank f*ck but it took a huge amount of time to get to the home page.

 

Only reason im blamin rockstar is cos online has caused probs with gta single player n that and as soon as i am able to get GTA Online to work my XBOX stops working.

 

The only other reason i can think of it i just got a wireless network usb thing for my xbox could that cause problems with sh*t sumtimes...

 

or my xbox is just on its way out.

Thought it would slowly deteriorate, like getting a little bit sh*tter every week or sumet. Instead its gone from performing perfectly to f*cked in this space of 15 mins?!

 

I just unplugged my wireless thing n went bk to stretching my router and xbox from the living room to my bedroom using a standard ethernet cable, if it was just an inch further it wudnt make it lol.

 

Anyway started the badboy xbox up n its running perfectly fine... which has me thinkin the wireless plug for my xbox is messin with sh*t somehow.

Just found it is Rockstar's fault... the bastards.

 

Got an error saying

 

"The game was restarted due to a problem with the storage device where the game data was installed.

Please replace the storage device and re-install the game data if issues continue to occur.

 

A quick search on google came up with pages of people having the exact same problem - all playin GTA V.

 

Been suggested to delete all saved games on GTA so will give that a go.

 

Any ideas what this failure of a launch has done to my storage device?!

Does GTA online save to cloud? If so could that have f*cked it up? I remember reading something about cloud and GTA online having problems.

Jesus holy mother of f*cking nazerath!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

The online launch of the game didn't work for the majority of people and to top it off you're game is screwin up peoples hard drives.
