I take it back, I was able to get in solo mode and was thankfully dropped in the middle of nowhere. Cloud is down so im not gonna bother trying any missions only to risk a freeze or my stuff not saving.

Playin online again now, starting jobs doesn't work though. Also, if it tells you to make a new character, don't! It'll overwrite your old one !

I managed to get online and I had no issues whatsoever. I was on ps3 btw.

Your fault. There has been many topics and post related to the cloud servers not being up, so it was your own risk playing in the first place. There's even a warning message saying cloud servers are not up and content will not save.

 

And it's not rockstar's fault your console froze. If your console freezes, you loose all unsaved data. A game company cannot be blamed for that.

 

And before you start bitching at me about some random crap, let me say that online is a work in progress. Rockstar warned us about bugs, issues, etc so there is no reason to be complaining as we had a heads up beforehand. To add to that, you need to be patient. If you don't like online in the stage it is in now, come back in a week or two. No one is forcing you to play it.

I can playwith others in free roam but once I try to play an actual game type it just doesn't find anyone and if you do, it sticks on launching session.

i went to the star locations, won a few LTS's am i supposed to get a new mission soon?
