So i did not try to play the game since like 14hrs ago, i made a new character and it did not freeze this time, but rather let me free roam, i could see the other players but they were glitched, and stuck together, one player was inside another. Also if i left the area it told me to come back and when i did nothing would happend.

Here is the major part, i got 2 stars and when the cops came after me i got inside the blue circle and is like they could not see me, one got right in front of me but it seems like i was invicible.

This cannot be just from players alone trying to connect, they must be having other issues because i have never seen bugs like this haha.

As of now it let me on the race but it froze on me half way through? I was on solo play.

just wait till a proper fix. no point in playing what's clearly bugged and defective.
