Mount Chiliad drug deals

Has anyone encountered a drug deal gone wrong in the Mount Chiliad area? There's two apparently, one near the freeway which a briefcase contains $25,000 & two cars chase you moments later demanding the cash back, but IGN says there's also one that pays out between $40,000-$100,000.. Where is this?
