Quite annoyed..

Anyone who has been able to play, maybe you can empathize?

So yesterday I got on andplayed fine, the only problem was that I bought an apartment and then I ' lost ' it AND the cash it cost, all £210,000

 

I logged off at say 1:30am this morning a level 11, with another apartment, and a custom car, to log in this morning and be level 7with no car, no apartment and now missing even more money!!

 

I contacted R* support over the issue where I bought a micro transaction card and lost the money, gave them a video of my overview, my GT, my Social Club name and even my in game bank to show I never spent the money, and they have the cheek to give me some default response saying - Please attach any proof such as your xbox live microsoft overview, your GT and your social club name..

 

Are they serious? I explained to watch the simple 1 minute youtube video that is perfectly visible, it's HD quality and they just don't?

 

Half assed isn't the word.

GTA doesn't use pounds, man, this is 'Merica, bitch! Anyways, Rockstar told us this would happen if I recall correctly. No big deal they'll work it out eventually, be patient.
