Did Rockstar even check if the PS3 patch worked before they released it?

Don't promise to launch GTA Online two weeks after release, if you can't even do that.

Server issues can't be the problem at this stage, cause it would be an easy fix to it.

Nobody on the PS3 is playing?

If it was some issue with the patch, I'm quite sure it would already be fixed. Sigh, It's only been 1 day since the release, they even warned the whole community, that sh*t like this would happend upon release. Deal with it, there is so many other things you can do while waiting for GTA Online to work.

As I noted in another thread our patch was 20 megs smaller than XBox's that's close to 40% of the information. 20 megs is a lot of room for code.

Could be because they had to fix other issues with the 360 version.

 

Anyways, servers are not the issue.

 

Even World Of Warcraft launches goes better than this, and they have ALOT of servers.

Yes, they should have anticipated more server space, yes it sucks we can't play something we paid for, but give them a f*cking break. More than protecting Rockstar, i think he's just being mature about the whole situation. Rockstar clearly told the whole community that there will be problems when they release Gta Online, there is no other way but to accept it and wait for Rockstar to sort it out, do you think Rockstar is intentionally taking their time on fixing all the problems? , trust me they are most like working like mad dogs, like any other company would do. This is affecting Rockstar more than it's affecting us, instead of being all mad about the whole situation, it's better to accept it, and just wait for them to sort it out.

 

Before you call me a Rockstar fan boy, let me tell you this, I don't have any positive or negative thoughts about this company, i just happend to like their games.
