In the gtavc_101602_1big.mov (one of the trailers), in that scene at night where it shows the police helicopter with the spotlight, and the palms are blowing around. Notice the palm to the furthest right... it is LODGED inside concrete, and moving around... Thats some powerful wind/tree combination!
