How do you guys make those pics in highres, custom camera angles and without HUD?

The ingame phone limits the camera, so i used the recorded myself driving around on my bike and replayed the footage in R* Editor, but all ingame methods downsize the image. This is what i came up with:

You're on the right track with the editor - it's how you do it. Press H on keyboard when in the editor to remove the HUD and then print screen (or take a Steam screenshot if you use Steam) and paste it into paint, or whatever image editing program you have and save, upload. Job done!
