Inside editor just press TAB anytime while you are inside footage to take a snapmatic. The posibillities are almost endless. My first 2 shots were actually normal selfies from the phone.

 

About the female character; I agree, hehe! But I am looking forward to getting back to my main female character. The one above is just a test-character I did with Rockstar support to see if it fixed a bug I have with invisibility in recorded footage and director mode. One of the checkpoints was to do a complete change to the character and see if it helped. Unfortunately it did'nt. So I will soon change her appearance back and proceed with more troubleshooting. It must be a Rockstar server bug since I can toggle between the 2 online characters "live" in the casting trailer, but only have the male visible...

Are you gonna get the old char's rank back? Good luck with the bug either way, I hope they fix it soon somehow

Ah, if you ment how the editor work at all?

Depends on your system. On PC, I press F1 anytime to start or stop recording. I am sure there are tutorials for all systems everywhere.

Then exit to SP, find the R*editor far to the righ on top menu(after pressing esc), enter, start new project, find your clips, etc.

The free camera, effects and depth of field controls opens an ocean of visual paths you can chose!

But for just showing your character, a selfie can often do the job just as well and it is much less time-consuming.

If we are not able to fix the bug, she needs a delete/rebirth. "She" will keep her player level and inventory(cars, houses, bank, etc)

But sadly not the skills and unlocks(racepaints, special tattoos, etc).

So I really hope R* support fixes this in order to avoid such drastic solution. I am pushing their technical department to forward it to their server adminstrator department now. We'll see...
