I think some poses are done using the director mode.

You mean the Rockstar editor?

 

You save a video clip then load the clip in editor.

 

In the editor you can pause, rewind, zoom and rotate the camera then take snapshots at any point.

Anyway... I tried to rock blue hair!

 

 

 

 

Then some missions with random people online. Definite squad goals, because they were really good players and we did mission after mission and I got lots of moolah out of it!
