Adventures in 'effects filters as colour grading' - sorry for the pic-spam, but I thought the results of mild tinkering with effects at low (<50%) settings turned out rather interestingly. no?

 

 

 

 

 

...probably would have helped if I'd made a note of what those specific settings were, eh?

Making better use of the depth-of-field settings, too (can't do jack-s*** about the sulky facial expression, though, apparently... ):

 

 

Picking up the motor, after doing the usual round of 'I'm sure this isn't legal for a repo job!' for Simeon:

 

 

 

 

(loving the new key fob animations for cars - small detail, sure, but additional small details are the sort of thing this game really does well, IMO! )
