Here you go - what you do is take the last bit of the Social Club page url (the unique 22-character 'code' part, after 'snapmatic/photo/'), and put it between 'h t t p ://prod.hosted.cloud.rockstargames.com/ugc/gta5photo/' and '_0_0.jpg'.

 

 

So, your two links go from:

 

http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/snapmatic/photo/AImy-doEUkiTQCHDgNcCew

 

http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/snapmatic/photo/mTijHxCXEE2SauWbpUIO9g

Then, to embed them into a forum post, click the 'image' button in the reply controls, and then enter/paste the jpg image url into the text pop-up - the button is this one:

Alternatively, just stuck 'img' and '/img' in square brackets around the url, all as text in your reply. I can't actually write that out (obviously!), because it'll try to turn anything between the 'img' and '/img' tags into an image, but here's a pic demonstrating:
