Right - so some of y'all miiiiiight have seen stuff about this, like the spiffy emblem @Fonshway designed for it, but not long after Heists, a bunch of the regular posters here got together and started hammering out a 'GTAForums character thread crew' concept.

 

Idea was less of a 'crew' proper (i.e., screw things like 'hierarchy' and all that nonsense), and more just using all the resources of a Social Club crew (setting up closed sessions, collecting Snapmatic pics under the crew tag, etc.) as 'networking tools' to help forum members organise stuff better with like-minded people here. Figured it'd be beneficial for people trying to set up photo events and other projects like that, as well as simply making it easier for folk who enjoy sharing character pics to hook up (not like that - this ain't f***ing Tinder! ) and play together, if they aren't already.

Bunch of forum members have been 'beta testing' it for a while now, and we reckon it's worked well enough to open it up for whoever wants to get involved. Called it the 'GTAForums All-Stars' - more a reference to familiar characters being 'all-stars' (not members - wasn't meant to be an ego thing,!). That, and the originally-proposed name of 'The Usual Suspects' was already taken...

...anyway, enough of that - more pics! Figured what with everyone enjoying the re-released Independence Day stuff (whether for the first time, or again from last year), I'd join in, dust off the Sovereign, and get mah 'Murica on:
