Clear your hard drive cache ... i do weekly. It runs ALOT better when u do .

I've tried every single thing you could think of(restoring my file system, clearing cache, re-installed the game data/ patches etc) but that's not the case, it's something to do with 1.11 cos alot of other players on PS3 are facing this plague. Might have to wait until it get fixed since when I play Sp offline, I don't experience these problems at all

1.11 f**ed mine up too (360). 45 second minimum hovering in the clouds before I see a vote screen. Since 1.11 the Capture Mode update must be reinstalled every time I go online, it just deletes it when I sign off I guess.

 

Network's been weird, bad connection hard to upload. Cleaning out some backlog snaps, only had a few "original" ideas, need a dedicated photographer

Found a cool random. My crazed viking friend and I were going to kill him for jacking our armored car, but he painstakingly brought a Dozer all the way down from Paleto Bay. We had fun scooping up bikes and scooters and riding in the bucket killing cops.
