This might sound lame but how are some of you guys getting shots of your awesome characters without using selfies?

 

Would love to get some of my online character.

This might sound lame but how are some of you guys getting shots of your awesome characters without using selfies?

Method 1:

 

1. Park any vehicle a good distance away from your character, but close enough so when you press Y/Triangle, your character begins to walk towards the car

 

2. As your character walks toward the car, take out your phone and take a picture at whatever angle you like. This works with any vehicle

 

 

Method 2:

 

1. Open your phone and highlight snapmatic

 

2. Jump with your character, and as soon as you press X/Square to jump, open snapmatic and quickly take a picture. You can also jump towards the screen in attempt to get a shot of the front of your character but it's trickier.

 

 

Method 3

 

1. Equip melee weapon or fists and as soon as you press RT/R2 open snapmatic from your phone

 

2. Keep pressing RT/R2 to attack with the melee weapon so you cancel your character from entering the snapmatic first-person view

 

3. Take pic whenever desired as your character is swinging away

 

 

"Advanced" selfie

 

1. Take selfie with your character, but do not save the picture

 

2. As soon as you press Y/Triangle to delete, turn your character by pressing down on the analog stick

 

3. Snap a picture again quickly. Takes a little timing.

those are pretty good techniques. however, i'm a bit more lazy as well as particular about my photos. i'll just have to wait for a PC version, that way i can get any angle i want. just hope there's a online version for PC when it's released.

Was just an friendly advise of an alternative solution.

 

It can be fun to play games with capture card, because you can record special incidents that only happens once or take unique snapshots. But of course it is optional and not free. Also you can use it in all games on all platforms.
