Since a lot of people asked me tips for the Character Creator, I created a new character. You can find her heritage at the bottom of this post.

I will keep posting more characters and give their Heritage if you like.

Biohazard Abyss

In case someone still wants to know how to make your female character topless:

#1. Set spawn location to Last Location outside a Clothes Store wearing Floral Bikini + Non-DLC Trousers & Shoes
#2. Leave GTA: Online, enter Story and then dashboard.
#3. Once on the dashboard, go to your Hard Drives storage.
#4. Go and delete the Beach Bum DLC & Capture Mode DLC (Capture Mode will be named "Holiday Gift" in the Hard Drive memory
#5. Start up GTA 5, let it enter Story and then start any Online closed session.
#6. A message should appear, press A and you should to go to the Xbox Games Store.
#7. Re-download the deleted DLC.
#8. Exit the Xbox Games Store and you should be joining your closed session.
#9. Once Online, your character might have a different appearence. Ignore this.
#10. Use the clothing combination you have selected.
#11. Leave GTA: Online, enter Story then dashboard.
#12. Enter GTA: Online and you character should spawn and stick with desired effect.
Note:
Wearing extra items like Masks or Accessories will NOT revert any effect to normal.
Going to the shower, getting a tattoo, playing Golf, playing Tennis or dying will NOT revert any effect to normal.
Changing any of the Non-DLC clothing will NOT revert any effect to normal.
There you go :)

I know about this since the beginning, but now it will be common. It will probably be fixed by Rockstar in the next title update.

That method didn't work for me after 1.11. It might work for some people but it didn't work for me. However the text method worked perfectly for me, did it two times to make sure aswell :)

So I guess the topless thing is only for xbox...

As of right now, haven't found a way to do it on PS3 :/

I have not tried any of the methods because i'm not interested to test it on my Asian character.

Maybe the video is an unstable method and is therefore hard to reproduce the exact results as the author is able to get.

blue nips disappeared once i left and came back *partial tears*

"#9. Once Online, your character might have a different appearence. Ignore this.

#10. Use the clothing combination you have selected.

#12. Enter GTA: Online and you character should spawn and stick with desired effect

Did you remember to do step 9-12? Even if you spawned into Online topless after step 8, Your outfit will not be saved. You need to make sure to follow step 9-12, put the floral bikini on and immediately after putting it on in the clothes store, exit the clothes store menu and press start -> Online -> Leave GTA Online, after story mode loads up then dashboard.

after that blue nips will stay on your character :)
