How we customers can fix GTA Online!

I have found the simple remedy to fix up GTA online!

STOP FLOODING THE SERVERS! Give Rockstar a chance to fix the sh*t they screwed up. Here are some tips on how WE, the customer, can work along side Rockstar and clean this mess up:

1. Be patient, how about waiting till later tonight or tomorrow to play online? Yes it sucks, but it's just one more day.

2. If you can't get in the server, stop spamming it. Flooding the servers is going to clusterf*ck the system and make it harder for anyone to do anything. Clear up space so Rockstar can manage the servers.

3. Actually google and do research on why sh*t is happening instead of coming on here and posting the same question thousands before you have asked.

Can we see some f*cking order in these forums? Get your sh*t together guys.

Yea, I'm with the OP. I just stopped trying to log in. I'll wait until someone says everything is working.

 

Sucks for all the people who called in sick, skipped class, stayed home from school.... all for nothing. As someone who knows that a lot of bosses and teachers know about games, you may have just missed something important. My mom was a teacher, she'd always ask me to tell her when big games and stuff like that were coming out. She'd schedule tests on that day.

With all due respect I think Ive waited enough "hours" already. First they lied about a preload in North America and I ordered on psn and couldnt even play the game on release day(took 23 hours to download) now this... Even after waiting two weeks for the online they cant get that right either... Its not like this was a free gift.. We paid money for this game It should atleast work correctly. Hell had it had a few flaws at release Id understand that but we ARE 8 HOURS IN and most people cant make it INTO the tutorial without it messing up.

 

I have very few days that I can sit down and enjoy a game and today would have been one of them. However looks like thats not going to happen b/c R* clearly never tested their product. A F*ing problem within the first SECONDs of the game? Seriously? Did you not notice that R* Clearly there was a problem with the studio. They were too busy enjoying our money to finish the game.

Lol! I feel the same... Almost took the day off... I'm out at 10pm cst so hopefully everything's working by then. I hope today goes by fast!

To be fair we did pay £40 for the game and they had 2 weeks to realise how many people bought the game and they needed to support that amount of people.

Still, freaking out isn't doing anything. People can be upset, disappointed, whatever, but this is insane. People need to chill out and do something else for a wee bit longer.

Would this mean that there are at least some people who are playing GTAO on PS3? Do you know anyone who are playing because I don't.

Ugh, how about R* star gives us an update of whats going on.

 

How about they shut it all down. Separate the player base by region. Maybe remove the tutorial so people can play.

 

 

They had 2 weeks to get this sh*t in order.

Good point OP, but I'm afraid your logic and common sense will not be well met! This is starting to look pretty serious imo, I think this will be pretty bumpy for a few days, like the Sim City launch.

f*ck knows why people would skip work or book a day of to play online personally money means more to me then a video game and as for school lool skip it for a game now in the future while your the next great gen of bums on out streets we'll be sure to laugh

Ahhh but it's good to chill out every now and then! I worked awhile and made enough hours to take a day off, so I was considering enjoying GTAO and hitting the reefer all day. Luckily I went to work...

What would help is if everyone return their copy of the game. Think about, less people on the servers! I'll give it a try to see if it helps out.
