NO more treasure chests?

That update we all had changed gameplay on single player. All the free treasure money no longer there. when u get weapons underwater they either do not re appear or i didn't wait long enough. that sunken what-ever- it-is between the Del Perro & Chumash had an open hatch that was blocked by some molten rock, rock now gone but there is nothing in there, gun with drum magazine missing and so is the $25,000 treasure chest. GTA 5 is the biggest disappointment since Heraldo Rivera's Al Capone's hidden vault.
