Gauntlet car glitch/problem

When I go into a gauntlet car needed for a certain mission, the game wont update anymore. Even if I drive my car to a pay and spray I can't choose the proper upgrade needed for the mission. It's like the game doesn t recognize the car (and yes they are the gauntlet cars).

 

What can I do? Restarting didnt help. So basically I am stuck.

 

Apparently patch 1.01 f*cked up my save file.
