Servers maybe easing up?

Just had another go at trying to play online since around 3.p.m this afternoon and the whole process of starting up the online character creation etc and loading up seemed a lot quicker than it has done all day, still can't access the online gameplay but the whole process is seeming a quicker!

Probably because it's getting around lunch in the US, a lot of people started trying lol.

Just been able to access Bawsaq. Haven't been able to all day up until a few minutes ago. Hopefully that points towards progress.

just noticed on the loading screen there is an option to start up right into the online

I highly doubt it's better. It's most likely that less people are trying to get online after several attempts. I think many have come to the conclusion it will be done when it's done. For those who haven't come to this point yet, they might at some point. I try to get on every now and then, but it's pretty much the same. After character creation, it's basically done.

I managed to get on solo, but right as Lamar drops me off for the race, a car pulls up and then it says I can't connect to a session? This is ridiculous.

Just froze with a blurry screen like raindrops on a camera. Controller hads vibrated a few times so i think i am getting run over by all the cars wizzing past.

Restarted xbox and re-joined online. Progress was saved and im back where i left off after finishing the race.
