It takes a very immature person to say "I want it NAO!", without trying to understand the problem and/or what the solution is. I am sure Rockstar is working to fix the online issues and how long it will take is up to how well their techies are paid and how much money they are willing to throw at hardware.

The actual underlying fact if very simple - Rockstar could have made this launch smoother, they opted not to. It honestly is that simple. You can over-complicate it if you want, but that doesn't negate the fact that Rockstar did not exercise its full capabilities or even 50% of those capabilities by the looks of things to ensure a smooth launch. Money over customer me thinks.

Unless you are working at Rockstar, you have no possible way of knowing if they are less than 100% focused on fixing the problems and/or didn`t do everything in their power to prepare for the theoretical launch or that they lack the "response team" to fix any issue that arises after the actual launch.
