When the Americans finish school/work, Expect EVEN MORE server issues...

 

If I were you lot, I'd leave it till tomorrow to play anything... Only a lucky few will get on today but that's it!

I honestly feel like giving up... it wont even make me make or delete a character anymore. it just gives me a black screen and I have to system restart

Sad thing is...i live in canada and our city has a small trailer park smack in middle surrounded by $500,000 homes. Think their American though

It's not an American game though is it? It's set in America, but developed in Scotland.

Look I know it's kinda hard with an amazing game like gta 5. But give it a break. I was trying for so long just to get past the first mission, which always bugged out or didn't let me connect on the servers. I just figured hey, tommorow will be better. Sometimes it's that simple but that hard. Time is in the essence right now. Time can be your friend. So why don't you use this time to your benefit. Even if after 3 hours you manage to get on for 1 minute what's that going to be like in the end.

 

Ohh yeah and there's first class, then there's Elitas ;)

Game is made by Rockstar north (scotland), and only published by Rockstar (american).

 

So if anything its a european made game set in america

Except our fat teenagers and adults with dead-end jobs took the day off from school/work and have been trying to play all morning. You underestimate Americans' commitment to recreational activities.

An American who went to work today because I know better than to try to play an online game on launch day.

 

P.S. On an unrelated (maybe?) note, our government (Congress) also failed to pass a budget so they're shutting down certain federal agencies and furloughing workers. We don't even know what we're doing anymore.
