I was in a game, I left because it f*cked up and froze, went back into a free mode and all the jobs are gone off my map...

Any idea?

The game is all sorts of f*cked up because people are bypassing important elements of the intro tutorial that is mandatory. Vehicles have infinite damage and sh*t. Until rockstar gets sh*t figured out dont expect to play GTA Online the way it was supposed to be played
