Standing in an Ammu-nation, they have 48 types of boots alone. The boot rack actually works unlike in singleplayer lol. Over a hundred types of glasses on the rack, and countless shirts at the shirt stand. Amazing.

I had a feeling that would be the case after going through the character creation three times, glad to see it's real.

 

Now, if only I could actually play lol

Erm....what difference does his platform make? Customization will be the same on both consoles.

No, but I didn't make it to the hat rack, I'm trying again, it's going through the starting cutscene again. (My character got deleted...)

Did you join through the single player start menu ->online tab, by pressing X while loading or by selecting the bottom piece of the character selection pie?

I went to settings, online, and then selected to play an invite only game.

It's working in a private lobby! Once I've finished the race with Lamar, I'm gonna head to the stores etc, what do you guys want me to go look at?

Race trigger finally appeared and now I'm stuck at ''Launching session'' :(

I can confirm that the game will give you AI partners for missions, doing a job now, and there's two "fake" players. I'm not even driving the car! So the AI can drive.

Having played the beta for some time now I will tell you there isnt anything spectacular to look at. the most impressive improvement shop wise is masks, motorcycle helmets, and haircuts.

I got the race to go by letting it time out, instead of hitting ready right away.

I'm still pleased with what I've seen. Way more than SP so far. Or at least I think so.

Oh sh*t, those "fake" AI were actually players. XD Wow, he was driving just like an AI, their generic names got me haha. "Daredevil" and "Big Dog" (Lucky bastards got original names) Guess you get help for missions even if you're in a private game.

Thanks for the info!! Even though the servers are crashing im still hyped about playing online. I honestly don't care about all the people talking down on it.. i can't wait.. I wish class would end lol

Oh wait, the game got stuck loading after we completed that job... Might have to dashboard, hopefully I don't lose my progress again...
