Will we still be able to build RP while playing in these modes? If so I don't see myself playing with anyone besides my crew members!

You can, but solo mode is limited by what activities you can do, and you earn more RP by playing with friends.

Thanks for the info! I guess I'll stick to invite only then and play with friends. I'm so happy that we have these choices of modes, better than being forced to play in public servers!

How do you get invite only?

To be specific you go to the online section of the pause menu, then select play online and from there you have multiple options such as "solo, invite only and crew only".

When I go to invite only it skips to my character automatically walking into the race trigger and then it fails to connect me to other players. :( just puts me back to singleplayer.
