Apartment is gone?

Hi, I bought GTA dollars with some leftover money I had on my account and bought an apartment with them, quit the game as I had to go off, went back on the apartment is gone, and I have none of the money...

Well we shouldn't have to... We've been waiting since launch of GTA V for the multiplayer, in which time they could have ensured that the launch of Online was smooth.

same thing happened to me had to buy it again i had the money still but whatever and i did not pay real money i bought a cheap one

SAME thing happened to me. I spent $20 on GTA cash (about 1,250,000).

 

Bought an infernus (440k), bought a 400k apartment, ammunition, and a feltzer. After all my purchases I was left with around 150,000. Then I ended my session because somehow there were no players in the game. When I rejoined, I was left with 150,000. No house, No cars.

 

Contacted Rockstar an hour ago, no reply.

Actually the game was working fine for me. Was playing for hours, no disconnects.

 

Edit: If they didn't want us to "sink cash into Online". Maybe they shouldn't have added the option, until they were 100% sure it would work. The customers are always right when it comes to things like this, this shouldn't have been an issue. And tbh, Rockstar should have at least offered support. I've been waiting a while now, and no reply, not even a "we're reviewing the issue at hand please be patient". Nope.

 

Makes me feel like I threw away money on a company I've supported for so long.

Do you realize how ridiculous it is to ask people to WAIT when you've officially released something? Instead of telling consumers to wait, the developer should have waited. I swear too many companies don't use common sense.

Rockstar is currently busy trying to stop more instances of this, replace faulty hardware and put out the fires of the exploding servers. I am sure they will get to finding and helping all those who bought and lost money due to the server issues, but you will likely have to wait until they get the servers to a place where you won't just lose it all again.

Take it to the Courthouse. If you win, chances are you`ll earn a nice early retirement.

 

You SHOULD have known better than this. It was logical that the start would suck and servers would have issues. It is also logical not to invest in anything that isn`t PROVEN to be 10000000% reliable.

 

tl;dr: Your fault. You can spin it as many times you want - it`s still your fault.

That sucks hard, im not going to purchase anything for atleast 3-4 days just to be safe.

As said its ILLEGAL to "sell" a product that isn't then provided to the customer after the said purchase. Its called fraud. As said the websites should have remained down like in single player.

 

I have to admit the game as a whole is great. But they made allot off mistakes. From the spring delay, to the safehouse issue, the lack of interiors issue, tmotorcycle physics, the online two week delay, now unintentional fraud.
