Maybe nothing at all has changed but if people think it was fixed, they'll believe it. People just had it set in their minds how and why the game sucked when it never did to begin with..... maybe the game wasn't updated and it was awesome all along! But yeah i noticed some changes aswell, less cops seem to spawn when wanted and they seem dumbed down I hope r* releases a changelog. Brilliant another developer who doesn't have the balls to stand by their product, ruining the game with patches designed to please the cry babies. So now Police are stupid. Great. No point in having a "wanted" level implemented in the game anymore, as they were piss easy to escape from before patch. Intelligence was needed to evade them... and their searches for you were so intense. Plus, less police would mean less chaos/fun/action.... The only issue I've had is the POLICE HELICOPTER SNIPERS and the POLICE RAMMING YOUR CAR opposed to trying MANEUVERS = two features instead of AI level (which is fine).
