To Those Playing Online: Safehouses?

Has anybody explored or purchased any Safehouses yet? How does the real estate look so far in terms of nice safe houses with decent garages? How are the prices?

On the Dynasty 8 website, there is NO properties outside of Los Santos.... they are all garages only... quite upset about this

Dont lie. There are lots of properties outside of LS, including safehouses I think

The most expensive seems to be ~400k, is a penthouse in Northwest Los Santos (near Michael's house in sp) and comes with an 8-10 car garage.

 

There are some that are only like 20k and have a 1 or 2 car garage.

 

There does not seem to be purchasable hangers or docks so I don't know how you will be able to store planes, helis and boats.

Seriously dude, I just went around the whole properties map. They are all 2-car garages, some 6-car garages throughout Sandy Shores etc. There are 2 garages in Paleto Bay, and 1 garage up past Pacific Bluffs somewhere... garage garage garage.

 

The city itself seems quite dense with actual properties to buy, although I didn't look into it much, was hoping to be able to buy safehouses outside the city. Unfortunately no. There are no safehouses outside of Los Santos.
