Haven't been able to get any of them to work, not the website, not the BAWSAQ, not even my phone will work! Was starting to think it was my internet there, I just time out if I try and do anything Rockstar related. Welp, guess time to go play the BF4, maybe Rockstar will sort this out in a couple of days, or weeks...

Ya social club is down I believe. Been trying to fix my crew emblem but nothing will load. Can't play GTA V online or mess around in social club R* your killin me today....

Same here, I don't get the Marston parent (which I want to use), I can't use BAWSAQ (online and SP). But I DO have the Elegy and the Advanced SMG and the haircuts.

Cant even get onto Rockstars website, so I guess the answer is yes (this answer is my personal opinion)....
