Ok so how exactly does this Bad Sport system work?

I was just killed twice in a row by a player as soon as I left the clothing store. If I kill him, will I get any bad sport rep? I'm not entirely sure how this works. Do players report each other? Or does the game automatically give you bad sport rep if you kill another player more than once?

Alot of players on the server I was in were running around trying to kill me - I was on a bike and am a way better driver then any of them were and stayed a good distance away at all times - after about 20 min of 4 of them chasing me to no avail - I got a warning that players were voting me a bad sport and I needed to change my behavior... didn't do anything else to me though.

Hopefully people that wrongfully report will be labeled as a bad sport.

The bad sport system isn't anything like people thought. It's basically a mixture of the vote kick system from IV, along with an anti-idle system.
