So i entered the carage by foot and took one car out. When the game loaded me out of the garage i saw my other car standing there. So i just turned away from the garage door so i could drive my new car towards it. When i did this my new car dissapered out of view. When i turned myself around towards my new car and go and get it. Yep, I have the same issue. All of my previous POI are gone and the feature is now completely broken: sometimes I can put one down just fine, other times pressing triangle does nothing. It still makes the sound of the action but nothing happens. If they have removed the ability to mark multiple POI it´s non sensible since they were essential to finding secrets and stunt jumps again.
