This is f*cking bullsh*t, yo.

Why is this f*cking game discriminating? I waited in line to get this game at the midnight launch, I stayed up all night waiting for GTA:O to launch, I wasted $150 on the sh*tty ass CE!
I think after my all the f*cking patience I've had I deserve to f*cking play the game that half of the community is playing!

What the hell makes it so they can play and I cant!?

f*ck, I took half the week off of work for NOTHING! Now I am sitting around doing nothing when I could be making money, or playing the f*cking game I patiently waited for and paid $150 for!

 

And don't get me f*cking started on your sh*tty ass cloud saving idea.
I love the fact that you talk sh*t about cloud computing in a radio commercial, proceed to use a cloud, and it be complete sh*t in the end.

You f*ckers made over a billion dollars in a couple of days, then chose to wait a couple weeks to release GTA:O, yet even with all of that money and time, you launched a broken ass game that only half of the community can play, next time f*cking do it right, especially if you wait a couple of weeks to make sure things are just right. I'm pretty sure you can buy quite a few servers with a billion dollars.

Yeah, I'm only at 34% with SP. I guess SP missions here I come and that will be tonight when I can't get on GTAV Online.

Why the f*ck did rockstar insist on putting in a tutorial mode. I am not stupid rockstar. I know how to play the game. If there wasn't for this tutorial mode, i bet a lot of us would not even be having a problem right now. Seriously, who f*cking puts a mandatory tutorial mode in online multiplayer these days? I know there are tutorial modes in some online games, but they are OPTIONAL.

This game is a f*cking embarrassment. Like how the f*ck are you gona have a 8gb game f*ck up this bad. Half the games that are out aren't even a full gb n they sh*t all over this. Rockstar fumbled the ball severely. I dont think I've ever seen them f*ck up this bad. You fags made us wait for online then release n it doesn't even work. Why the f*ck did you release it then, you should have waited ya queers. This game is so bullsh*t n horribly put together. If I made a 8gb game it would sh*t all over this. f*ck rockstar they hustled us. I could rip this game a new one but I'm not..couple big issues they have to fix or I don't think gta will last long. The ocean is straight bullsh*t, there no sea monsters or squid,whales, dolphins etc. Far cry wasn't even a full 700 mb n they managed to get all those creatures in there. I know gta isn't far cry but with 8gb of space you fa**ots gota have somthing big. All these claimed vehicles are a no show.....ex: combine, segway,skateboard, no harrier jet, no jet pack, can't drive trains. I dont even wana walk bout realism/physics. The EUPHORIA engine was suppose to bring realism n physics like it was built to do but no they take a step back bc all the waste of sperm fanboys wined n complained. This game is not even close to being worth 250 millio. Not to mention5 yrs n a already built n approved engine.....n this is the sh*t you give us. Rockstar....t(-_-(t. Suck it fa**ots. I guess I've been fortunate, I played Tuesday night although the tutorial was buggy. Servers were down at 4pm yesterday central but I came back around 8 and played about an hour with no problems. Hoping it's working tonight as well.

I have been patiently waiting for over 14 hours for the loading screen to go away. My PS3 is like so super hot now, its not even funny. I am worried that it is going to break. Now all this online stuff is happening to everyone else too?

I think i am done with this game. I am going to put it on the shelf and not touch it again for a month. If it still is not working, i am selling the game. I am still baffled on why rockstar decided it was a good idea to force people to do this racing mission.

Well my 12lvl character just disappeared. I was playing with it for two days. I think I will quit Online, at least for now. I am probably checking tomorrow if my character would have gone back with some black magic. I am just really disappointed.

 

I am also angried by fact that all cool stuff is online only and you can't even buy new homes or garages in SP. They should focus on SP on next GTA.

Seems to be working fine for me now. But I'm still holding back on buying apartments etc. even clothes & weapons.. Can anyone confirm if apartments are being saved now? Been a while since last update from R* btw...

Here's another little tip if you're determined to keep trying until you get lucky...

 

When you get stuck on this screen or that screen, you do not have to dash or reset the console, just sign out of your profile and you will be taken back to offline. You then just have to sign back in, load up a save/or use pause menu to get back into online. The process is quicker than a full restart of the game/console.

 

PS. Full size overlays are now being displayed for online tips when loading into online, should we see this as progress?

Hi guys. I THINK I have the solution to the problem of not being able to start the tutorial race. I noticed that when approaching the circle, there were some options to press but they disappeared way too quickly. So I rebooted the game. This time, in the 2 seconds I had as my character automatically walked towards the blue circle, I spammed Y, X, A, and B on my remote. I got into a race with just Lamar and have had no problems from there. I told my mate and it has worked for him too. Try this out guys and get back to me.

First off I'm sure its not helping the servers when dumb as** leave there game running on the stuck screen for hours at a time. I mean really, after 5-10min. I think it is pretty much telling you to fu*k off. Second, if GTAV was a person I would make it bite the curb. I am a racist, a racist against this GTAV Online conspiracy to somehow swing stock prices maybe. Well.....maybe not.....just tired of seeing stupid posts about people being racist when really they are just upset about the game thats all. I've had 1 brilliant day on GTAO, everything loaded (and saved) but then today playing the game (trying to) it has been utter bullsh*t.

 

Half of the missions don't load and the game just crashes,

half of the missions that do load you end up with a load of kids that dont have a clue or f*ck you about on purpose.

Outside of missions youve got little sh*ts that try to kill you, you defend yourself and end up wanted and ofc if you cant escape you get killed. Lose 2k, car gets impounded, waste bullsh*t time trying to get it back which results in another police chase.

Some little sh*ts have started camping the spray shops.

You try to get on with missions and races but they dont load.

You want some cash from missions but because they dont load you rob a store which ends up in another police chase which can sometimes leave you more out of pocket.

 

The 1st day was brilliant, loads of missions/race/deathmatches etc..... but today was hard work, not enjoyable.

 

All of this stems from the technical issues too.

 

One other thing you can't set a bounty on every player, only certain ones and typically the most annoying people in the room are not up for selection...

Rockstar said that when cloud servers are down you will not be able to save anything you do. But you guys are so stupid you can't read and you're being a bunch of babies, and for all of you whining and saying you're going to just stop playing...just do it already, no one really gives a crap at all if you play or not. In theory the more people that stop playing will make the servers go up that much faster. So stfu and stop posting on the forums kthx.

Most of you act like little spoiled brats. Get over the fact that it hasn't worked day one. Play something else. If your life seriously revolves around this one game and it's online play, I seriously have doubts for your future.

 

I have not seen anyone trying this on these forums but it worked for me and my brother last night.

 

While loading the game itself, you have the option to push X (on PS3) to load directly into the online portion of the game. I was able to get past the tutorial race twice using this method on two different PS3's.

The game did freeze after that during the drug run part of the tutorial, but I just loaded it up with the same method above and was able to move past it.

 

If anything, it doesn't hurt to try. Hope this helps some.

Even though I'm able to get on Online good enough, the ATMS are not working. I suggest for everyone who can get Online not to deposit money on the ATMS yet, as the money dissapears when you log out.
