Know alot of people from the UK, Netherlands and a few other places in Europe that are on but whats up with the U.S right now? We're not 54 minutes past the expected time of arrival.

Just downloaded the patch, and I'me giving it a shot. It seemed to start ok, but I got a notice saying cloud servers are down, and I could continue without saving. Not sure if I want to if I'll have to restart.

im on ps3 in usa i made my char but it wont actually connect to let me play tried like 10x now keeps sending me back to SP

There are Americans playing online whilst streaming on Twitch tv right now, so yes.

 

I'm from the UK and cannot get online to work yet.

It allowed me to create a character, and load into the game, but the first mission didn't work and it kicked me back into SP. That was several hours ago, so I'm going to give it another shot now. Man i want to play this, LOL! I'm never one to complain, but this is killing me!! Rockstar's on it though. I'm sure they got people working on it round the clock, so it'll only get better. I've been following their twitter feeds and support site updates. They got a lot on their plate right now.

 

It's funny how people are so black and white. They'll say, "This is the best game ever!" then the sever goes down under the strain of tens of millions of people trying to play this brand new game at the same time, and they pull a 180 and say, " F*uck Rockstar they suck I hate them!"

Bunch of f*cking ingrates.

 

Instead of bitching and moaning, i wish more people would actually help the situation by reporting what happens to Rockstar. You can complain, or you can help them fix it!
