I understand its a big and all that, but i cant have any form of private freemode. making it a chaos to play with random kids.

 

Can one create a privaet server outside the "jobs" ?

Pause the game in SP. Go to the online section. Go all the way down to "play GTA online" you can create private sessions or just play alone.

Online multiplayer alone? Sounds funny but can have advantages I suppose.

I want to play with only my friends was the goal.

When you play solo not all jobs etc are available.
