R* made me create a new character (FIXED!)

It spawned me in the air by Vinewood sign, now I'm in and can play.

 

I have no job contacts though..

It told me to create a temp character. I joined a game with 9 others. However there was no jobs and it was basically GTA IV MP.

I just won my race came first and set a world record it said I got to lvl 3 and earned $3850 cash for 1st place

I created a character, did a few missions, then got kicked offline because it crashed. Now when I go back in it says I have no characters at all.
