Rockstar's servers are crashing because of ALOT (and I really mean ALOT) of people trying to download, startup, get in, host, etc. Just wait some minutes. R* is probably working on these problems right now. Unless they shut down like the Government has. LOL But people have to expect this to happen because 10s of thousands and even hundreds of thousands of people are trying to gain access online all at the same time. I knew something like this would happen. So the best thing to do is either chill and wait for them to fix these problems are go on with your daily lives. Simple as that. Its probably not the servers, you can have all the servers in the world, but when that amount of people try to get through, even the ISP cant handle it. Even if it wasn't anticipated to be complete mayhem at launch, why would you take money out of your pocket or (even it's paid) waste a day off? Meh...If it's not up this afternoon I'll just try tomorrow, and if not then the next day. Rockstar warned you, so dont whine about it now. Just like most massive releases, theyre going to stress their servers and open more as needed so they dont have a ton of extras when the starting hype dies down.
