- Some people experiencing a black screen when updating (working for me now though)

- When i select my character on the selection wheel it just loads a black screen and i have to restart ps3

It's online of course you can't pause it.

Ive never played online on Xbox before so 'sorry' about it

Character disappeared at race mission....couldn't do anything

Character didn't save, now have to remake him

Server problems

Graphics are a pile of sh*t

I was able to create a character and start a solo session (via Menu -> Online -> Play -> Solo), arrived in Los Santos and finished the first race.

 

Then, the servers went down (PS3), and the character wheel was gone in single player. It reappeared after quitting and relaunching the game.

 

Since then, I've been able to play solo sessions, complete the tutorial missions, own a car, etc.. Minor issues (disconnected once or twice, can't connect for races, custom license plate not available, same-car-everywhere worse than in single player, had to re-buy some clothes after I t took them off in a store), but other than that, it all looks good. Pretty impressive for launch day.

Failed to host a GTA online session.

 

Please return to Grand Theft Auto V and try again.

 

 

Credited my character and I got that message. Every time I go to online now I get that message. I'm sure it will be sorted out but it's frustrating.

Just created my character and it said "joining GTA Online"... been like that for 5 minutes so had to restart console. Have to create character all over again.

got through the race mission, did the drug mission and when it went to save it couldn't connect to cloud server, ugh. changed characters back to single player adn it said it was saving so now going back to mp character to see what happens.

This is exactly what happend to me, just gonna go to bed now and play in the morning when everythings died down.

well things were working ok until i got stuck in a loading screen for a mission. i had to go back to the dashboard and now when i hit A during the game load to bring up multiplayer i get "the cloud server is unavailable at this time, saving is disabled" if i go into single player and then change to my multiplayer charactor, i get a balck screen that just sits there indefinately.

sooo everytime i try to open up the online character wheel it goes to a black scrreen and i have to restart my xbox.. this did not happen when i first played wtf is going on

Saved up all last night, bought the lowest priced garage for 25k. Put two decently customized cars in it- the Buffalo and the Mitsubishi-like sports car. This morning, logged into online...No garage. No cars. Also, I'm out 25,000 in game.
