When i go intro my gta menu to log on it says that gta online isnt launched yet, but it clearly is. I've heard so many people talking about it already today. whats the deal?

 

Should i go somewhere and download it?

Xbox? If so maybe they are dropping in ppl in waves. You get update as soon as start the game otherwise.

the server has been shut down I did the first mission then it stopped working.
