I know it might be difficult for some of you guys to see the point of this guys topic, but if you took the time to read more than 5 words you would realize he is just trying to prepare you for the adjustments your going to have to make to get used to online compared the the single player.

 

I agree with alot of his points as I played the game early. It can be frustrating for some people to get used to at first. If you dont think so then lets just wait and see how many complaint topics show up withint the next 8 hours.

Did you even read the OP. He was only saying that most people are going to have issues with this change in the game. He never said he didnt like it. Just that it can be frustrating if you go in expecting to be able to play the way you do in SP.

If you look at OP's post history he has been telling people about GTA Online all night. Apparently he played in at an event in New York. I played an early copy of GTAO and everything he says checks out.

 

I share his sentiments that it takes getting used to, but once you do its actually hard to go back to the other way lol. But there will be alot of people bitching about this. Mark my words

A little tip for new players: stay away from other players. I just completed the intro mission and as soon as I spawned back in the world I got jumped by 2 guys, luckily I took them both out So yeah, be careful.

The lack of funds and assets sounds good to me. Starting from nothing gives you the choice to fight for everything or live simple. I'm gonna choose the latter I think. Maybe get a nice car, but I want to be like Trevor.

the only thing i hate is that my game froze after simeon allowed me to get free sh*t at ls customs, thus resulting it my car i just decked out gone, i had to get a new one and spend money instead of it being free

i believe the feature where cops chase you if they see you in a stolen car was in sp and it wasn't that big of a deal. besides a little grind at the beginning is always, and it doesnt look like it will continue for that long. the beginning looks great.
