The update was 59 mb im in harrisburg south dakota and i just got the update all you have to do is restart your xbox if you dont get it and then turn it back on and it should come up with a 59 mb update for gta v!!!!!!

Just restarted the game on PS3 in the UK no update yet. Xbox must've beaten Sony to the line by a couple of hours.

Exactly what I expected. The update is released before online is available. It's due to the worldwide distribution of the different Xbox Live / PSN Regions, they can't do it all at exactly the same time.
