Starting New Clan Called -EnVy- (Xbox 360)

I'm putting together a professional GTA V clan called EnVy. We are on Rockstar's Social Club website and I would like to have some more members in my clan. I'm a laid back kind of a guy so I'm not gonna get mad if you mess up. However, in clan battles I do appreciate those who take it seriously and they will be rewarded for that as well. So heres what we pretty much got right now.

Requirements

*Teamwork is very important to us so you MUST have a headset/mic. ( A Kinect doesn't count).

*Must be active to stay in clan. (You will be warned if you haven't been active enough)
