I've been developing my theory through intense research, extensive usage of advanced encryption techniques such as Numerology, Morse Code, and Tibetan Throat Singing, and I've cracked the case.

 

Here are the caveats of the theory.

 

1: the Mountain Painting is a view at your own Karma. If you make the wrong decisions in the game, you will take the wrong path, and as consequence, the eggs will not be revealed.

 

2: If you play through the game correctly by seeking alternative choices to the obvious ways to complete a mission, instead of getting nothing, you will likely get one or all easter eggs, or whatever else there may be pertaining to the X's.

 

Most hunters here on GTAforums and /r/chilladmystery are using flawed saves. saves where the player made mistakes that were inherited by other community members. This is why we have not made any headway towards solving the mystery.

 

Look at it this way. You are Columbus and V's story is the atlantic ocean. If you take the wrong route, you won't end up in India trading spices for jetpacks, but in a backwater continent full of f*cking savages having sex with goats. It's simple.

I was watching a youtube video of some company that played with R* and they had stated that if you found all the UFO pieces in the game, that you could pilot a UFO in GTAOnline. If I find it in my youtube history I will share it.
